On its own JobStar delivers a comprehensive recruitment solution for Recruitment Agencies and Consultancies, Corporate and Public Sector Recruiters. But with the addition of eCommerce functionality, JobStar becomes a fully fledged recruitment portal and jobsite to compete with organisations such as Total Jobs or Monster.

Flexibility for Recruiters

By creating accounts for individual companies it is easy for organisations to pay for, upload and manage their vacancies online.

They also then have access to the applicants who've applied for any of their vacancies and can use the online matching facility.

Freedom for Candidates

The candidates are free to search for vacancies and to "shop for jobs" - choosing suitable vacancies and applying online. Their details are then shared among the recruiters who have posted the relevant vacancies.

Candidates can run job matching for suitable vacancies - and can also sign up for notifications via eMail and SMS text.

Control for Portal Managers

The portal itself will bring recruiters and candidates together. And the managers of the portal can take control of the whole operation - managing the funds transferred by the recruiters and ensuring that the system provides a flexible solution for both candidates and recruiters.
