The JobStar recruitment system was created by 1st-interactive Design Limited, a well-regarded Internet developer with a portfolio of over 80 clients. Created in 1996, the company has traded profitably from day one and is the brainchild of directors, Mike de Malpas-Finlay and Graham Sheldon. 1st-interactive Design Limited is now fully owned by Holding and Barnes plc.

1st-interactive Design Limited is committed to delivering high quality development and outstanding standards of customer support. Nearly every existing client has opted for a Service Level Agreement that ensures a top level of support.

To ensure the continued expansion of the JobStar product, it is now being licensed to key partners across the recruitment sector. These partners receive training in the development and implementation of the system and provide service guarantees to ensure that the service standards are always maintained.
