Professional Edition Features

The Jobstar Professional Edition includes all the features of the Entry-level Edition and enables multiple consultants to be assigned jobs.
Features now include (features in addition to Entry Edition shown in red):

1. Job Searching
  • Search jobs by location, type or skills.
  • Sort job results by salary, location or job type.
  • Pre-configured but customisable templates for search results.
  • Ability for job seekers to add jobs to a “running interest list”.
  • Salary banding as additional jobs search criterion.
  • Special jobs display - selectable for Jobs of the Week etc. ----------------------------->

2. Job Matching
  • Automatic job matching + batch auto emailing to Candidate database of matched job details.

3. CV Registration/Job Application
  • Registration by Job Seekers using the running interest list. (make one submission for all chosen jobs - not a submission for each job).
  • Registration of Job Seeker on secure server in compliance with latest Data Protection Code.
  • Full form checking/prompting at registration.
  • Auto-completion of personal details on re-registration.
  • Customisable screen response to Job Seekers.
  • CV Registration without prior job searching.
  • Auto-email to agency with registration details with hyperlink to view /accept/reject database entry.
  • Optional hyperlinks on agency auto-email, e.g. printable CV for reviewing or mailing/posting to job owners.
  • Auto-email to jobseeker confirming receipt of registration details.

4. Jobs & Candidate Management
  • Available databases: Jobs; Candidates; Consultants.
  • Two level access control – via user names and passwords.
  • Jobs Management module (add, delete, copy or modify job details or remove from display + full search facilities).
  • Candidate Management module (add, delete, copy or modify candidate details or remove from display + full search facilities).
  • Update age of selected jobs to today's date.
  • Add, update or delete consultant notes in a CANDIDATE profile - includes automatic dating of notes.
  • Add, update or delete consultant notes in a JOB profile - includes automatic dating of notes.
  • Assign a consultant to a job and change assignment of a job from one consultant to another.

Professional Edition Options
  • Full automatic postal address entry using simple postcode lookup: easy to use - quick to complete.
  • Full email address authentication - not just syntax checking but checking that the email actually is working at its domain, thus avoiding misspelled entries or bogus addresses, and preventing registration if it doesn't check out. This means that all your email communications will reach them.
  • Upload, storage & retrieval of candidate's written CV in .doc, or .rtf format.
  • Change assignment of all jobs from one consultant to another.
  • Mass email facility selectable by chosen criteria.
  • Customisable candidate CV layout for presentation to clients.
  • Additional database fields.
  • Additional job search parameters.
  • Multi-level sorting (2 or 3 levels).
  • In-house database upload program.
  • Full Jobs PORTAL facilities (e.g. multiple agents) .
