JobStar Contractors View

The JobStar Contractors sub-system provides the following:

A Contractors' database with secure access for Contractors
A Clients' database with secure access for Clients
A contractors timesheet database where:
- Contractor's record their time working on specific projects for clients
- Clients can inspect and approve time records for contractors working on their projects
- The contractor owning agency is informed of approved timesheets so they can make payments to contractors and invoice clients
- All approvals and payments are notified by automatic emails
