Working for Candidates

With a JobStar website candidates instantly gain the information they need. By creating content rich pages with key vacancies (top jobs) and the full job search menus candidates will find the right vacancy at the right salary in the right geographical area - every time.

At the heart of JobStar is the idea of “shopping for jobs”. Candidates review the vacancies they’ve found and can apply to as many as they like by simply adding the vacancy to their shopping basket. And when they submit their applications, postcode pre-filling on the application form and eMail checking ensure that you have the right candidate with the right contact information plus CV upload combines CVs with application form information.

The Jobs Interests list page enables candidates to register for eMail or SMS txt updates, update their details and schedule interviews. This also ensures compliance with the latest data protection legislation.

Working for Recruiters

Once a candidate has registered, your recruiters are free to match individuals to suitable vacancies. Each recruiter can upload details of their assigned vacancies and will receive applications online. Recruiters can also search the full candidate database, auto-match candidates and invite other candidates to apply.

Interviews can be scheduled using our advanced calendaring system. And should one of your recruiters take a holiday; their jobs can be re-assigned automatically.

Working for Employers

JobStar works for employers too. Employers can log-in and add their own vacancies, they can review candidates details online (with key contact information excluded) and they can even pay online using secure credit card payment.
